FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to lead & support current and future Fund-raising initiatives for RCA including - - Developing a plan & delivering to that plan - Engage committee & new members allocated to match needs - Nurturing existing programmes & sub-committees - Succession - Communication including reporting achievements - Having the knowledge needed to align with wider Rotary org. - Operating weekly Sergeant's sessions This is also the co-ordinating/Reporting in point for other fund-raising initiatives including The World Press Photo Exhibition, Xmas Pudding sales, and any other new fund-raising initiatives.
