INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to lead & support current and future International Service initiatives for RCA including - - Developing a plan & delivering to that plan - Engage committee & new members allocated to match needs - Nurturing existing programmes & sub-committees - Succession - Communication including reporting achievements - Having the knowledge needed to align with wider Rotary org. - Developing & maintaining Sister Club relationships. Also to be the co-ordinating/reporting in point for other International initiatives such as ROMAC & ERKs programmes.
